Who speaks for Palestine?
I have a great admiration
For the Palestine people
Their intolerable suffering is
Almost biblical
A people who have been
Robbed of their land and
Are constantly humiliated
They are trying to protect
Goats and olive trees
Against marauders that
Appear oblivious of what
Tragedy they cause
Arrogantly the demand
A total crucifixion, but
The Palestinians are still
There and we who
Look at this inequity of
A nation that is losing
Her reason for being
A state, we say nothing
